This recipe could seriously not be any easier, not to mention pretty gracious on your pocket book as well!
1 lb chicken breast (cubed)
1 can cream of celery (98% fat-free)
1/2 c white wine
1-2 c diced celery
1-2 c diced carrots
Salt and pepper to your liking
Toss all ingredients in the crock pot. Allow to cook for 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 on high.
I used my dad's old trick for this one to take it up a couple of notches. I put the crockpot fixings on top of a piece of bread- yummm yummm yummm!! The bread soaks up the gravy and its a sloppin good time!
