Happy Margarita Day!

So the story has it, The Margarita was created in October 1941, at Hussong's Cantina in Ensenada, Mexico by Mister Don Carlos Orozco. Margarita Henkel, daughter to a German ambassador, was the first of many to taste the new cocktail on a sunny afternoon. In honor of Margarita being the first to try his concoction, he named the cocktail after her.

For the original cocktail one should use:
1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz triple sec
2 oz tequila
Kosher salt
Ice
